Lead Full Stack Software Engineer - Servicing Technology

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support innovative full-stack solutions using modern tools and technologies.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and drive your passion for learning through participation in technology communities and mentorship opportunities.
• Work closely with digital product managers to create robust, cloud-based solutions that enhance the financial capabilities of millions of Americans.
• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration like Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in languages including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
• 3+ years of experience with open source frameworks
• 2+ years of experience practicing Agile methodologies

The annual salary range for this role is $144,200 - $164,600, depending on your location within the U.S. Capital One also offers performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
