Key Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately process member transactions at the register.
• Oversee the receiving of payments, issuing of receipts, and ensuring compliance with appropriate cash handling guidelines.
• Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving any concerns that arise.
• Maintain a tidy and well-managed work area while also ensuring the checkout process operates smoothly.
• Offer help to customers in selecting products and give recommendations as required.
• Work collectively with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not a requirement.
• - Competence in functioning well in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
• Masterful in interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Capable of accurately processing cash transactions and other financial tasks with a detail-focused mindset.
• Must be able to sustain standing for extended periods and handle light lifting requirements.
