Summary: Seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to manage engineering teams and drive structural and systems design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience
• Extensive mechanical, structural, and hydraulic design experience
• Experience with 3D CAD and FEA
• Project management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product development of mobile and material handling equipment
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• MBA

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of engineers and designers
• Ensure application of fundamental engineering skills in projects
• Interface with customers for project requirements
