Sales Team Member

Exeltra Consultants is a results-driven telecommunications and marketing company, helping top brands like AT&T grow their customer base locally and nationally. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as Sales Team Members. This is a hands-on, entry-level sales position where you’ll gain real-world experience building relationships, presenting solutions, and earning based on your performance.
In the role of a Sales Team Member, you will represent AT&T’s wireless internet services, connecting customers with innovative solutions that meet their communication needs. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to learn how to generate leads, present services confidently, and close sales in your local area.
Sales Team Member Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing customers in person to explain AT&T services and provide recommendations.
- Help customers select the right packages based on their needs.
- Present pricing, service plans, and proposals in a clear and professional way.
- Build relationships with customers and maintain follow-up to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report your sales activity and results to your team lead.
- Learn to read customer needs and provide consultative solutions that lead to successful sales.
Sales Team Member Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education is a plus.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or a related client-facing role such as door-to-door is preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate rapport, establish trust, and effectively close sales through in-person engagement.
- Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates high energy, intrinsic motivation, and a performance-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the assigned local territory as needed.
- Dependable, polished, and highly driven with a strong desire for professional development and long-term growth within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
