Under the immediate supervision of the Klaras Center for Families Division Director, provides programmatic oversight of all Klaras Center for Families office operations. This includes the development, implementation, and management of program and staff including direct supervision of administrative professional staff. EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: Performs routine administrative and supervisory program work.

Work involves assisting in establishing program goals and objectives; assisting in developing program guidelines, procedures, and policies; assisting in developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals; and assisting in evaluating program activities. Oversee all telemedicine services including management and delivery of telemedicine services and provide training for staff and telepsychiatry providers in the use of telemedicine services and equipment. Schedule and monitor physicians' caseloads and coordinate scheduling for KCF, IDD and other contracted psychiatric services.

Provides oversight of medication consent compliance. Provides supervision and coordination of all office operations at Klaras Center for Families. Performs related work as required.

Experience and Education Experience in administrative support and clerical work. Must have current valid driver's license and current and continued proof of liability insurance. Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent.

Must have supervisory experience to supervise 4 employees. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Working knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, grammar, basic arithmetic and office practices and procedures. Skill in word processing, maintaining clerical records to compose routine letters and memoranda; computer skills with ability to operate spreadsheet programs.

Ability to work as part of a team. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Physical ability to perform CPR and PMAB.

Must have and maintain a level of general health, which permits the performance of job duties. Must be able to travel locally 50% of the time. Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.

Ability to hire/train new staff. Skills to manage program area. Must have knowledge to do performance evaluations.
