Searching for a leader who holds hourly team members accountable to attain hospitality, sales and profit goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Experienced and proficient in the use of basic computer technology (i.e., POS systems, Microsoft Office programs, etc.).
• Customer Driven
• Must possess 3-5 years’ experience as an General Manager in busy full-service restaurants
• Conducts self as the "Mayor" of the Restaurant
• Training teammembers on driving alcohol sales
• Promotes an atmosphere of exellence
