Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team and office operations. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities. Duties

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Opera PMS software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Support sales team with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing office supplies
  • Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Handle administrative duties related to data entry, invoicing, and basic office management tasks

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace required
  • Experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly desirable
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Experience with office management systems such as multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Prior experience with Opera PMS software is required
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent time management skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
