Marketing Associate

ICS Jail Supplies is a small family-owned company that supplies correctional facilities nationwide. The Marketing Associate will take lead on all marketing aspects companywide. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for details and a creative mind. This position works behind the scenes for our sales team and purchasing department. Experience preferred but not required. We will have extensive on-site training available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive B2G web store while aligning with company objectives
• Webstore chatline support agent
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages within the webstore
• Analyze reports and campaign metrics for sales staff records
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our web store
• Maintain company brand standards in all support materials and communications
• Assist with creation, production, and proofing of sales support documents, presentations, and related website content
• Product line management within software system

Knowledge, Skills, Ability

• Ability to multi-task
• NetSuite (Oracle) Experience (Preferred but not required)
• Experience with advertising, digital marketing, and e-commerce (Preferred)
• Knowledge of graphic design with Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign (Preferred)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (Preferred)
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Constant Contact (Preferred)

Requirements include registering with Jack of All Trades for this position. You will be employed by JOAT for the first 8 weeks prior to coming on as a Direct Hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
