Customer Service Trainee

Are you passionate about helping people and confident communicating face to face? We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Trainees. As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking motivated individuals ready to step into a client-facing role where you’ll work directly with customers, learn the business from the ground up, and contribute to daily operations through live, in-person engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Interact with customers face to face, respond to inquiries, and provide customized service solutions.
- Learn the fundamentals of professional customer service through hands-on, in-person training.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients’ products and services to confidently make tailored recommendations.
- Assist with account support, service upgrades, and transaction processing during live customer interactions.
- Build leadership skills by supporting and mentoring new team members as you gain experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in real time.
- A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- 0–2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or in-person service role is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, interactive environment.
- A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
