About the Role

As a Sales Representative for Lovesac, you will harness your ambition to create a warm and engaging in-store experience. You will assist customers in designing products that match their style and fit their spaces. What You'll Do

• Engage actively with customers using Lovesac's proven selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and meet key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers, fostering loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively assist customers.
• Guide customers from initial interest to purchase, managing quotes and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach with company-provided tools.
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment by adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Manage store operations including opening and closing, inventory management, and marketing promotions.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies to minimize risks and maintain store safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to utilize technology for sales and customer support efficiently.
• Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience by assisting both in-person and remotely.
• Willing to travel as necessary for local store visits and meetings.
• Exhibit excellent judgment and integrity in handling transactions and sensitive data.
• Must be capable of moving medium to large furniture items (up to 75 pounds) and performing various physical tasks.

Associates may earn up to 26 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year, and earn 1.5x their regular rate for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week and on company holidays. Pay will vary based on factors such as location and experience.
