Marketing & Sales Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing cleaning services company. This role is responsible for managing incoming phone and web leads, converting prospects into customers, scheduling services, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience in marketing or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming telephone calls and online inquiries
• Convert cleaning service inquiries into booked customers by phone
• Schedule services and coordinate with cleaning teams
• Maintain and support social media content across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Assist with marketing campaigns, content development, and branding efforts
• Perform general office and administrative duties as required

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role
• Experience handling inbound leads and converting prospects by phone preferred
• Prior experience with digital marketing or social media management preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Background in service-based industries (cleaning, home services, hospitality, or similar) is a plus

• Digital marketing experience including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and Excel
• Content marketing skills including copywriting and basic design or video editing
• Market research experience (surveys, competitor analysis, customer insights)
• Proficiency or working knowledge of:
• Google Drive
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign
