Advising Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Advising Specialist to support student success by assisting students in setting and achieving educational and career goals. This position provides ongoing encouragement and guidance, offering services such as academic advising, career services, and educational pathway development.

• The role requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and more than two years of work experience. A master's degree and experience in higher education, student services, or a closely related field are preferred.
• The Advising Specialist will receive general direction from the Lead Advising Specialist and exercise no supervision.
