Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through door-to-door visits, delivering compelling presentations of our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that align with their interests and requirements.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to previous leads or interested prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies and promotional activities.
- Negotiate terms effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data.
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development roles.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
