Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Manager at Polished Nail Club based in Waco, TX. The Club Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the team, maintain a high standard of customer service, and ensure the club meets its performance and membership goals. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, staff training, addressing client concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and grow the club’s community. The Club Manager will also liaise with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, along with experience in staff training and performance oversight
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and fostering community relationships
• Proficiency in operational tasks like scheduling, inventory management, and implementing performance policies
• Knowledge of business development techniques and strategies to grow memberships and improve customer retention
• Experience in salon, spa, or wellness/beauty industry management is a plus
• Flexibility in working hours, strong organizational skills, and ability to navigate fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field preferred
