Food and Beverage Manager

- Completion of daily opening and closing duties
- Active use and accuracy of the Inventory Management System
- Effective management of Resy and other reservation systems
- Control of labor and COGS in alignment with budget targets
- Accurate scheduling, onboarding, and training of team members
