General Manager Sales Operations

Waco Bodymend Company is a growing recovery and wellness studio dedicated to helping our community feel, move, and perform at their best. We provide advanced services including red light therapy, dry sauna, compression therapy, SECA body scanning, EWOT, PEMF, co-working space and more. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and dynamic General Manager of Sales & Operations to lead our team, grow revenue, and create an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

The General Manager of Sales & Operations is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, driving membership and retail sales performance, developing strong staff culture, and delivering excellent service to every member who walks through the door. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, high-energy, growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Help lead and manage front-of-house staff, scheduling, training, and performance development
• Own membership growth, retention programs, and sales goals
• Strategically optimize the customer journey, including tours, onboarding, and follow-up process
• Help oversee daily operations, inventory, facility care, and vendor coordination
• Create and execute local marketing and partnership initiatives in collaboration with leadership
• Analyze KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain a culture of excellence, hospitality, and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience (preferably in fitness, health & wellness, hospitality, or retail sales)
• Proven sales leadership with a track record of hitting goals
• Strong communication and team-building abilities
• Organized, self-motivated, and committed to operational excellence
• Passion for wellness, recovery, and helping people thrive
