Sales Representative (100% commission Only)

Overview

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Representative operating on a 100% commission + Bonuses! As a key player in our sales force, you will have the opportunity to build your own territory, with pre-loan-approved leads, given to you on a daily basis. Present our products with a professional service and close those deals. Duties

• Perform Product demos and face-to-face meetings to nurture client relationships and close the deal.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Able to track sales activities and follow-ups efficiently
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals that meet both their needs and company objectives
• Able to attend and graduate from a 2-and-a-half-day training Class ( We'll provide a hotel if you live more than 50 miles away from where the training will be held.)
• Able to perform at least 2 full 90-minute presentations after graduation
• Able to work a F/T position that requires a F/T commitment
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements on a daily basis.

Experience Needed

• Proven experience in outside sales, commission-only sales, or any high-ticket sales with a 100% commission, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments effectively
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to conduct product demos, analyze market data, and develop strategic sales approaches as given in the training class
• Able to cover your entire market, typically a 2-hour radius in every direction.
• Must have reliable transportation (car, truck, etc...)
• Must have an image of a valid driver's licence, social security card, and proof of car insurance
• All applicants must be able to pass a background check
